I’m Whitney, and I believe that building a relationship rooted in safety is a radical act of healing. My approach is warm, a little bit weird, and deeply focused on your autonomy. As an eclectic therapist, I utilize evidence-based practices—including expressive arts and play—to partner with individuals and families (ages 5+).
I don’t believe that you are broken or in need of fixing; rather, I believe in the power of coming together with all the parts of ourselves to process the impact of sexual violence. I operate from a decolonial perspective by prioritizing your lived experience over clinical hierarchies and honoring the cultural roots of the practices I utilize.
You are the expert on your life. I am here to provide the tools and the space for you to move in whatever direction you need to reclaim your narrative.
